TheRiskAgent publishes referenced research on the questions and jurisdictions where decisions are about to be made. Research, not advice.
TheRiskAgent exists because most risk content online is either defence-minded marketing from a law firm, or thin SEO copy written by nobody for everybody.
Neither is useful reference material when you're about to engage a professional on something specific and costly. We sit between the two: structured, referenced research designed to brief a reader before they pay for advice.
Three product lines, one editorial standard.
Every report TheRiskAgent publishes is cited, human-reviewed, and dated. Three product lines:
- Risk Briefings - 76 question-led research reports across the four current Risk Domains: HR & Workplace Risk, Forensic Accounting & Investigations, Forensic Technology & eDiscovery, and Executive Personal Security. You pick a question, a country, and an industry; we produce the briefing inside four hours.
- Intelligence Reports - long-form by-country / by-industry / by-profession research on Energy Risk, AI Risk, and cross-border relocation. Pre-built for the high-traffic combinations; produced on-demand for the rest.
- Exclusive Reports - one-off, deeply-researched titles on specific topics the standard catalogue doesn't cover. Each is commissioned, reviewed, and priced individually.
Reports are research and reference materials, not professional advice. They are prepared to the standard expected by corporate leaders, general counsel, c-suite executives, and functional leads across HR, finance, IT, risk, and compliance. Moreover, a keystone of TheRiskAgent offering is to make these reports and briefings quickly accessible to everybody and anybody facing risk exposures from factors that are beyond their own domain knowledge and expertise.
Editorial discipline.
- We don't provide legal, regulatory, tax, medical or financial advice. Our reports are reference materials; for advice, engage a qualified professional.
- We don't auto-publish. Every report passes human review.
- We don't recommend or place advisory firms or law firms inside the analysis. Where a firm's published research is cited as a source, it appears in the report's Sources section with a URL - that's evidence citation, not commercial placement. Senior advisors, advisory firms and law firms can publish a Report alongside a Risk Briefing or Intelligence Report on its public page (clearly labelled, separate from the analysis). We don't publish a directory; each firm Report matches the precision of the research it sits beside.
- We don't dress up opinion as analysis. If something is speculative, we say so.
