Terms & Conditions
Last updated 7 May 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses The Risk Agent. If you buy a report, you also agree to the additional purchase terms below.
Who we are
The Risk Agent is published by Feltan Associates Pte Ltd, a private limited company registered in Singapore (UEN 202225620G). Business address and correspondence via the contact page.
What we sell
We sell two distinct things: digital research and intelligence reports on the buyer side, and Expert-Partner Reports on the firm side. Reports on the buyer side are informational. They are not legal advice, regulatory advice, tax advice, medical advice or financial-planning advice. If you need professional advice on your specific situation, engage a regulated professional. Expert-Partner Brochures are clearly labelled and are independent of the editorial content of the surrounding research; see Editorial Policy for the boundary between paid Expert-Partner Brochures and editorial.
Expert-Partner Brochures
Advisory firms can buy three tiers of seat, each holding one Expert-Partner Brochure: a Single seat on one (question, country) page (USD 495 per year), a featured Pro seat on one (question, country) page (USD 1,485 per year, larger card, top of the page, available only when fewer than three firms have already published on the page, caps the page at three published firms once secured), or a Domain Bundle of Seats that publishes one Brochure across every Risk Briefing in a Risk Domain for one country (HR & Workplace Risk USD 7,623, Forensic Accounting & Investigations USD 4,504.50, Forensic Technology & eDiscovery USD 3,811.50, Executive Personal Security USD 10,395 - each per year, approx. 30% off sum-of-parts).
All Expert-Partner seats are recurring annual subscriptions billed via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your Expert-Partner Zone or the Stripe customer portal. On cancellation, your Expert-Partner Report stays live until the end of the paid period and is then removed. For Domain Bundles of Seats, all member rows expire together when the subscription ends. We do not pro-rate or refund partial periods on cancellation; see Refund Policy.
The Expert-Partner Brochure (PDF) is uploaded by the firm and remains the firm's content. The firm represents that it has the right to publish that content and that the content is accurate and not misleading. We may take down an Expert-Partner Brochure that, in our editorial judgement, is materially misleading, unlawful, or in conflict with our Editorial Policy; refunds for take-downs are at our discretion and are typically pro-rated for the unused portion of the period.
Purchase acknowledgement
Before you complete a purchase you will be asked to tick an acknowledgement box. By ticking that box and completing your purchase, you acknowledge the following four points:
- This report is not legal, regulatory, tax, medical or financial advice.
- The report may contain mistakes, outdated information, or omissions.
- You will not make decisions based solely on this report.
- You will use the report as a basis for conversation with an authorised or accredited expert in the relevant field.
Your tick is recorded at the time of purchase together with the version of this wording that was in force, and is retained as an audit trail. We rely on that acknowledgement when interpreting any later claim you might bring about reliance on a report.
Your licence
When you buy a report you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the PDF for your own internal business or personal decision-making. You may not republish, resell, or train AI models on our reports without our written permission.
Our liability
We produce reports with professional care but we cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free, particularly in fast-moving domains. Our liability for any claim relating to a report is capped at the purchase price of that report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to commit crime, launch denial-of-service attacks, scrape at scale, or impersonate anyone. We may suspend access if you do.
Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes are flagged on the footer and dated at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your home jurisdiction applies.
