Editorial Policy

What we publish
Structured research on Risk Domains, jurisdictions, industries, and professional roles. We cover subjects where a reader has to make a decision and needs compressed, referenced analysis - not opinion, not commentary.
What we won't publish
- Sponsored content disguised as research.
- Directory content (lists of firms by category).
- Forecasts without an explicit reasoning trail.
- Statistics we can't source.
- Personally-identifying details about private individuals unless directly relevant to a publicly-documented matter.
Independence
We don't accept paid seats inside reports. The editorial body of every report is firewalled from the Expert-Partner seat system: no firm pays to appear inside the analysis, none of our reviewers know which firms hold seats on adjacent pages, and our research conclusions are not influenced by who is or isn't published. We don't accept discounts or hospitality from firms that might appear in our research. Where a senior reviewer has a conflict, they recuse.
Expert-Partner Brochures - the boundary
Advisory firms can buy seats that hold an Expert-Partner Brochure appearing alongside a report on its public landing page or configurator (Single, Pro, or Domain Bundle of Seats). These are clearly labelled and are visually separate from the report content. The PDF is the firm's own content; we do not author, verify or endorse what's inside. Buyers read the report for analysis and the Expert-Partner Brochure for firm marketing, and the two are kept distinct.
Corrections
Material corrections are made to the live report and flagged in the version history. We don't silently edit. If you believe a report contains a material error, email support@theriskagent.com.
