Expert-Partner Programme

How Expert-Partner Seats work.

A Seat puts your Brochure beside the research a prospective client is reading, on the exact question and country you advise on. This page covers the mechanism, the caps, the Brochure rules and what a Seat does and does not expose.

How it works

Expert Brochures.

The mechanism

The customer picks a country. The right experts appear.

When a customer configures an intelligence report or Risk Briefing, they pick the country or jurisdiction the advice is anchored to. In doing so, they reveal the Brochures submitted by the senior advisors, lawyers and firms most specialised in that exact topic and location.

The two-sided value

Discovery happens at the moment of need.

A customer who downloads a Brochure has your contact details in front of them at the moment they are working the problem, and reaches you when they choose to. The approach comes from them, which is what makes it worth taking.

Why position here

Discovery is by question, not by browsing.

TheRiskAgent does not run a directory. There is no search by name, no SEO honeypot for outsider buyers. You become visible to a reader only at the moment they pull up a Risk Briefing or an article on the exact question and country you have positioned against.

Discovery only at the point of need

Buyers arrive at a TheRiskAgent Risk Briefing page already researching the exact problem you advise on. That is the highest-intent moment a prospective client will reach. Your Brochure is the first thing they see when they finish reading. TheRiskAgent has no public directory, no search by firm name, no SEO honeypot.

Capped per page, no auction

Each question page holds up to five Seats, and up to three when a Pro Seat is on the page. That count is per country, and per state in the United States, where a Seat names the state it covers. A Domain Bundle of Seats covers every Risk Briefing in one Risk Domain for one jurisdiction. You publish against scarcity, not crowd-bid inventory.

Your Brochure, your contact details

Upload a PDF. Readers must give an email address to download it. Contact information lives inside your PDF only - we do not surface emails, phone numbers, or LinkedIn profiles outside the document.

Frequently asked

What does a free account give me?

A free account opens your Expert Zone on a live table of every Seat across the specialisms and countries on your profile, showing which are open, which are filling and which are taken. It publishes nothing and costs nothing.

Seat availability is a member view. The counts are real rather than manufactured, so they are shown to advisers deciding where to position rather than to the readers those Seats are sold against.

What can I take as an Expert-Partner?

Five kinds of Seat, all annual subscriptions:

  • Single Seat - USD 495/yr. Your profile on one question in one country. Up to five experts publish per page.
  • Pro Seat - USD 1,485/yr. The same page, in a larger card at the top. The page caps at three experts once a Pro Seat is on it.
  • Relocation Seat - USD 495/yr. One mobility specialism into one destination country, for immigration lawyers, expatriate tax advisers and relocation advisers. 2 Seats per specialism, so a destination carries a mixed panel rather than four advisers of the same kind.
  • AI Impact Seat - USD 495/yr. One AI specialism against one industry, for the strategists, governance advisers and infrastructure specialists an industry leader calls after reading what AI is doing to their sector. 2 Seats per specialism.
  • Domain Bundle of Seats - from USD 3,811.50/yr. One Brochure fanned out across every Risk Briefing in one Risk Domain, for one country, at around 30% below the sum of the parts. Per-Domain prices:
    • HR & Workplace Risk - USD 7,623/yr
    • Forensic Accounting & Investigations - USD 4,504.50/yr
    • Forensic Technology, eDiscovery & Incident Response - USD 3,811.50/yr
    • Executive Personal Security - USD 10,395/yr
    • Cyber-security - USD 4,158/yr
    • Fraud & Investigations - USD 13,860/yr
    • Legal Risk - USD 13,860/yr
    • Compliance - USD 13,860/yr
    • Regulatory & Government Risk - USD 13,860/yr
    • Financial Risk - USD 13,860/yr
    • Deal Risk - USD 13,860/yr
    • Boardroom Disputes - USD 15,592.50/yr
    • Insurance & Claims Risk - USD 15,592.50/yr

Can I take several Seats at once?

Yes. The Seat table in your Expert Zone lets you select any number of open Seats across your specialisms and countries and pay for them together, and it prices a whole Risk Domain against the same Seats bought individually so the cheaper route is visible. Seats taken in one payment share one annual subscription, so they renew together and cancel together. Take them separately if you want to cancel them separately.

How does the Pro Seat work?

Pro Seats are available only on question pages where fewer than three experts have already published. Once a Pro Seat is on the page, no more than three experts can be there: the Pro plus up to two others. Existing Seats stay; new Seats beyond three are blocked. The Pro card renders larger and at the top of the page.

What does a Domain Bundle of Seats actually do?

One PDF, one title, one description, fanned out across every Risk Briefing in your chosen Risk Domain at one country. So a Cyber-security Domain Bundle of Seats in Singapore puts your Brochure on every Risk Briefing question page in that Domain for Singapore for the year. A Bundle needs every page in the Domain to have room, because it cannot be sold with a page missing. On cancellation, all member rows expire together.

What happens when a question page fills up?

Once the page reaches its limit, five Seats or three when a Pro Seat is published there, it is closed to new Seats until an existing expert cancels or their subscription expires. Those limits are never exceeded. The limit applies per country, and per state in the United States, so a page that is full in one state may still be open in another. Your Seat table marks the page as taken and offers to tell you when a Seat frees up, and shows you where there is room on the questions and jurisdictions next to it.

How does cancelling work?

Cancel any time from your account. Brochures stay live until the end of the paid period, so a Seat cancelled in month two keeps publishing until month twelve. Domain Bundles expire all their member rows together.

Will my contact details appear publicly on TheRiskAgent?

Your card shows your name, your firm, your office location, a short bio, the countries you have worked in and the risks you handle, alongside links to your firm profile page and LinkedIn. It does not show your email or phone number. A reader who wants your Brochure gives an email address to download it. That address stays with TheRiskAgent: you see how many people viewed and downloaded your Brochure, never who they were.

Do I get the email addresses of people who download my Brochure?

No, and there is no way to opt in to it. We believe readers of our briefings and reports should stay private, given the sensitivity of the subjects involved, so we do not pass downloader contact details to Expert-Partners. Your Expert Zone shows views and downloads per Brochure and nothing that identifies a reader. Readers reach you at their own moment of need, through the email, phone and LinkedIn inside the PDF you control.

Can I edit my Brochure or move it to a different question later?

Yes. From your Expert-Partner Zone you can swap the PDF or change the title and description on a Brochure you have already published. Moving a Brochure to a different question and country is subject to that destination page having availability under the published-firm limits.
